Sion Edwards is the Director of Aberletting. Having studied at Cardiff University Siôn returned to Aberystwyth in 1995 and worked for IMP Developments who were responsible for the creation of Aberystwyth Marina Commercial and Apartment Development. He continued to manage the Marina for a further 12 years. Side by side with the marina operation Siôn and his father Prys, built 44 Apartments on North Parade and Gerddi Gwalia. These luxury apartments are ideal for students and professionals wishing to live in the "heart" of Aberystwyth's Town Centre. The company continues to expand and further house and apartment purchases have extended Aberletting's portfolio. Siôn has two children and in his free time is either seen on his bike, cycling or enjoying a pint in his local pub!
