Sion Edwards is the Director of Aberletting, one of the established letting agents in Aberystwyth, providing high-quality student accommodation and professional rental properties since 1995.
After studying at Cardiff University, Siôn returned to Aberystwyth and began working for IMP Developments. The company was responsible for the development of the well-known Aberystwyth Marina commercial and residential complex. Siôn later continued managing the Marina development for a further 12 years, gaining extensive experience in property management and residential lettings in Aberystwyth.
Alongside the Marina project, Siôn and his father, Prys Edwards, developed 44 modern apartments located on North Parade and Gerddi Gwalia in the centre of Aberystwyth. These luxury apartments in Aberystwyth town centre have become popular with both students from Aberystwyth University and professionals seeking high-quality accommodation close to local amenities.
Today, Aberletting continues to expand its portfolio with additional houses, flats, and apartments to rent in Aberystwyth, helping students and professionals find comfortable and well-maintained homes throughout the town.
Outside of work, Siôn enjoys cycling around the beautiful Ceredigion countryside and relaxing with friends and family in one of the many local pubs and restaurants in Aberystwyth.

Charlotte Meredith, Property Manager, has been a key member of the Aberletting team since 2001. She studied at Oxford & County Business College before beginning her career in property management and lettings.
Charlotte plays an important role in the day-to-day running of Aberletting, ensuring that tenants and landlords receive a professional and efficient service.
Her responsibilities include:

Supporting tenants throughout their rental process
Charlotte works closely with both students and professional tenants searching for accommodation in Aberystwyth, helping them find suitable houses, apartments, and studio flats.
Charlotte is married with three children and has been an integral part of the company’s continued success and growth.

Mike Price, Head of Maintenance, is Aberletting “handy man” for over 10 years Mike is a wonderful “family” man. He is an avid Liverpool FC supporter as well as a football coach.
His responsibilities whilst working includes:

Reactive Repairs: Attending to reported maintenance issues promptly, such as fixing leaks, repairing broken appliances, plumbing issues, joinery work, or replacing damaged locks.

Planned Maintenance: Executing scheduled checks, such as servicing heating systems, clearing gutters, and maintaining common areas.

Void Property Turnarounds: Preparing empty properties to a high standard, including painting, decorating, and repairs, so they are ready for new tenants.

Compliance Checks: Ensuring that safety measures, such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, are working.

Emergency Response: Providing 24-hour response to emergency repairs like burst pipes or electrical faults.
